Run supabase/schema.sql in the SQL Editor
Run supabase/storage.sql for cover art uploads
Create an admin user: Authentication → Users → Add user
Add SUPABASE_URL + SUPABASE_ANON_KEY as Vercel env vars (or use js/config.local.js locally)
Log in here with that email/password and click Save Changes
